A great mountain climb, new steps make it safer, suit all age hikers. 45 minute return climb, depending on your fitness level. Awesome 360 degree views, go early so that you miss the heat. Take a camera, and some water!

We love Peregian Beach, it is a quiet beach in winter, and a family friendly beach in summer, with lots of locals. Always swim between the flags, & watch carefully as this is an open beach with rips.

Consistently great Indian food, well priced, try the Chicken Nawabi. The Indian chef comes out to meet you and takes care to see that you have enjoyed your meal.

Fantastic (and expensive) Thai food in a wonderfully ambient setting - this is a restaurant for a special occasion and over busy periods like Christmas you may need to book 6-8 weeks in advance.

My favorite place to take visitors, great service, funny wait staff, tasty food at good prices and a beach view that is to die for. Entrance is straight off the Noosa Main Beach boardwalk or from Hastings St, across from Aromas. Noisy and buzzy beach vibe.

I recommend the full day trip, which goes until about 3pm, as this incorporates a visit to the information centre that explains the uniqueness of the Everglades.
