A delicious rotating pizza menu, my favorite is “The Fee” and I order it at least once a month!

Who doesn’t love markets? This place offers great collection of restaurants, including the Denver Biscuit Company, but you must go hungry. Walk off that large breakfast around the shops and check out the ReUse store to upgrade your toiletries to something sustainable. Grab a beer in the garden and then take a walk on the trails through Stapleton. A good location for families, everyone will find something to do or eat.

Sightseeing

This hike is my FAVORITE! It isn’t too hard and the views are incredible. You will pass multiple bodies of water and waterfalls. The mountains jump into sight pretty quickly, only about 3 miles in and if you dare you can take the entire trail (around 12 miles) to get to the frigid waters of Isabelle Glacier. To be honest I haven’t gone up the entire way yet. Just 1.5 hours away, you will park at Brainard Lake ($12). I recommend getting there early (7:30am) to get parking or you will have to hike a little further just to get to the trailhead. Happy Trails!

I love catching the sunset here. I park at the Nature and Science museum and walk around to the back with a picnic blanket. Watch the sun set over Denver’s iconic skyline and the mountains!

This is a 6 mile out and back trail with stunning views at the top. Bring a hammock and relax by the water. Great in the summer of fall to take in the yellow aspens.
