You never know what you will find, but the price is always right. I shop here specifically for beach gear, and gluten free/specialty ingredients. Big Selection of Bob's Red Mill products, for example. No refrigerated section, but dry goods galore.

The entirety of Stonington Borough is a favorite spot of mine, there is usually parking by the playground on the waterfront. There is a beach at the end of the road that is really nice. Great shopping, lots of cafes, a library and playground.....

This grocery store has excellent ready-made foods on a hot bar/salad bar and at the deli, they have pizzas too and a large indoor/outdoor seating area. Their breakfast buffet on the weekends is great for a quick meal.
