One of my favorites in Tulsa - the whole menu is fantastic, but after 9p their burger (perhaps best burger ever) is half price (6.50 instead of 13). Awesome cocktails, wines, and beer selection.
There's also a speakeasy-style steakhouse that usually requires reservations and has an entrance in the alley behind Tavern. Call Tavern for reservations or take your chances for a seat at the bar.
