Sightseeing

Beautiful hiking around a reservoir. A mile of paved road and lots of easy trails to hike. In the Sonoma Valley it is always good to be mindful of rattlesnakes as they share the environment with us. Also, please keep your dogs on leash to protect them as well.

Wonderful hiking trail that begins in downtown Sonoma. This hike is steep and climbs to a fabulous view over the whole valley towards San Francisco and Marin County. It loops back through an old, historic graveyard.

FRIDAY MORNING SMALLER MARKET: It's a bit of a local's secret. The market is open year round and is a much smaller, low key market. It is perfect for getting specialty food items, produce and the like for cooking and entertaining.

This is a historic landmark and one of the jewels of the Sonoma Valley. It's a bonus that it is literally right down the street on Old Winery Road. There are premium wines, wine tasting, lots of history and even an opportunity to hike from the winery.
