I like this place for lunch (I think they do dinner too), you can do healthier dishes or not and you can bring your pup with you. They have outdoor eating and they have a bar.

You can walk under this waterfall but be prepared to get wet. The parking area is close by and steps down to this fall, not a long distance to walk.

Bring a light raincoat or umbrella
This is a sub-tropical rain forest so it is possible to get a rain storm at some point in the day but don't let that slow your roll. I think this place is just as beautiful in the rain and it makes the perfect time to visit waterfalls as they look more dramatic.
