Steps is a protected area and when the waves are flat the snorkeling is on point. It is easy to snorkel from the shore and there are snorkel rentals and lunch on site(the food stand is VERY slow but so good). I enjoy this spot early morning for less crowds.

Nice surf spot one minute walk from the villas. If you walk right down the beach you will get to a great tide pool. If you walk left are at Sandy beach.
