Great bar inside Faena hotel. Not inexpensive, but typically has fantastic live latin jazz, and there's a gold-plated complete wooly mammoth skeleton on display out back.

Really cool craft brewery tucked away in a warehouse area in Little River. Very clean, stylish design inside and outstanding beers. Entrance is around back, near the train tracks.

The Rubell family has constructed a beautiful building with an incredible art collection. The connected restaurant is pricey but very good.

Best beach. Much less touristy than the stretch of beach north of 5th street. And on the occasions that Miami has surf, this is the place to be. 1st Street Beach to the south gets touristy because of the pier and public parking. 3rd is mostly locals.
