This is a great spot for lunch by the beach and they offer great homecooked, local fare.

Lovely little pub, right on the waterside near the Cleddau Bridge. Has outside seating for the warmer weather & does a great Sunday Lunch.

If you take a trip to Bosherston Lily Ponds, or Barafundle Bay you should plan ahead and book lunch here. A delightful dog friendly pub, serving great food with plentiful outside seating.

Just a short (approx. 2 miles) walk or cycle ride away. Good for a bite to eat at lunchtimes or in the evenings.

Cafe Môr their streetfood outlet in the shape of a boat,which was moored at Freshwater West for many years, has now relocated to the Old Point House and serves the same award winning seafood, including their famous lobster rolls.

You can't come to Pembrokeshire and not visit the picture perfect town, harbour and three beaches that make up Tenby. However, it does get very busy in the summer months so go early to escape the crowds. If you have time the boat trip to Caldey Island is a great day out. If you are feeling energetic you can walk the coastpath from Tenby to Saundersfoot.

If you are feeling energetic you can walk the coastpath from Tenby to Saundersfoot.
A magnificent ruined stone castle in a picturesque location next to a tidal mill pond. There is a wheelchair friendly, mile long, circular walk around the castle over the medieval bridge to the Tide Mill, (the only working one in Wales). Guided tours of the castle and tide mill are available, and there are picnic areas and a tearoom. In the school holidays there are also lots of events here for children.

Castle LaneA magnificent ruined stone castle in a picturesque location next to a tidal mill pond. There is a wheelchair friendly, mile long, circular walk around the castle over the medieval bridge to the Tide Mill, (the only working one in Wales). Guided tours of the castle and tide mill are available, and there are picnic areas and a tearoom. In the school holidays there are also lots of events here for children.
Bosherston Lily Ponds, Broad Haven South Beach and Barafundle Bay are all part of the National Trust owned Stackpole Estate. There is a circular walk that allows you to visit all three. However, you could easily spend a day at each. Barafundle Bay has regularly been voted amongst the best beaches in the world, but you do have to walk ½ mile to get to it (including some steep steps), and there are no facilities.

The puffins are on the island during the breeding season usually between April and August, but the best time to see them in large numbers is late May to end of June. Boat Trips to land on the island run regularly from Martin's Haven during spring and summer but fill up quickly and there may be a long wait.
Note: Facilities are very limited on Skomer, and the walk up from the landing jetty is quite steep, so not suited to everyone.
