JP Clarkes is good for bar food.
Gallaghers (same building) is a little more formal and good for seafood (they also do a nice steak). Prices are not hugely different. Always busy so you need to book.

I have always had a good experience here...for something a bit more special. The food is very good and the decor is just lovely.

Family run since 1988. I would recommend this restaurant for something special. Views overlooking Liscannor Bay. They do a seafood surprise 5 course menu for €35 (can do meat instead). Lunch/dinner.
