If you're looking for an upper-end experience, Andina is a MUST! You'll want to start by ordering the sacsayhuamán cocktail, followed by any of their entradas / anticuchos. If you're looking for meat, the lomo saltado is perfect for two!

Get ready for the outdoors!
Vancouver, WA is in very close proximity to some of the most beautiful waterfalls and trails you can day hike. Explore The Gorge (about 30 mins East) for spectacular waterfalls and tails. Some of my favorites: Eagle Creek Trail, Wahkeena Trails (loop around Multnomah Falls), Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Ramona Falls Trail (don't follow Apple Maps, it suggests a 30 minute detour up Lolo Pass Road, take the first right onto Muddy Fork Road) and Cougar Falls.
