718 K StSay hello to Sue, the owner lady! Very, very good curries here and the best pad thai. Seriously. Very quiet, homey place with only about 8 tables and steady stream of couples and other regulars. Early dinner (around 4) is even more quiet.

Quiet neighborhood spot with great baked goods. The chocolate cupcakes are just the right amount of sweet and the croissants are not to be missed. Tiny dining area but with a nice backyard, and a bench out front with a Little Library stocked with kids' books.

The famous Tony Knowles Trail goes by here and continues along the coast between downtown and Kincaid Park in south Anch. Lots of birds and people recreating, skiiing, biking, skating in winter, jogging or walking.
