This is also the only locally owned and operated establishment on the ski hill.

Step right outside of the condo building and take just 100 steps right to the most convenient and closest lift for Peak 9 to ski and ride snow in the winter, and hiking or biking in the summer. It's a double six-pack, high-speed loader, meaning, getting up the mountain is fast, and wait lines are short.

It is only open during the summer, but offers a lot to do, including bike riding trails, downhill sleds, 2 person roller coaster, zip lines, hiking guides, 4x4 tours, putt-putt golf, panning for gold or gemstones, bounce house, chairlift rides, climbing walls, rope course, tubing, mineshaft maze, trampolines, and more restaurants. It’s off the path of charming downtown, but you could spend a whole day up there, and you just take the scenic main gondola up to it.
