This has a lot of interactive exhibits, and demonstrated the current research going on at OSU. Also an octopus, touch tanks, and fish. The price is right too, I think it is still $5 donation.

Nye Beach is an artsy community, lots of shops, restaurants, beach access. Great place to park and spend some time walking around.

The Bayfront area is an interesting mix of working fish plants, tourist shops and restaurants.

If you are into going out to the movies, you can walk through the Agate neighborhood to get there, without ever going out to the highway.

Great, fun, Funky atmosphere and space! Usually live music on the weekends. Food is inconsistent, but we enjoy coming here anyway. Tuna burger is generally decent.
