These are my favorite places to eat in Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach and Downtown Pensacola
If I were only able to give 1 recommendation for a place to get seafood, it would be Captain Joey Pattis in Downtown Pensacola. It’s only open for lunch. So, you’ll have to go during the day.

If you’re looking for a place to eat across from the beach near Fort Pickens, this is a good spot. This is the place for Oysters. Just expect about an hour wait. There’s usually live music and drinks going on downstairs for entertainment while you wait. Or you can go out back and walk around and look at the fishing boats and yachts.

Not only is this a great place to eat, it’s a great spot to hang out for a drink and sip your fit in the sand on the calmer waters of quietwater beach. If you’re looking for live music, after hours, this is a good spot for that too. Tends to turn into more of a party spot, after dark. If that’s what you’re looking for.

The Water Pig is BBQ joint is across from Pensacola Beach on Quiet Beach. It's a very cool open air restaurant with plenty of places to sit outside. The brisket is real nice! Great place to eat and watch the sunset!

This is the biggest Irish Pub that I’ve ever been in, with over 80 tables. Despite this, you’ll still probably have to wait, because it’s that popular. I hate to wait, but I’ll wait for this one. There’s usually standing room around the bar to have a couple pints of Guinness, while you wait on your table.
It’s just across 3-mile bridge in Pensacola.

This is definitely a guilty pleaser of mine. If you have a sweet tooth and looking for a cup of coffee, this is your spot. For better or worse, it's quarter of a mile away.

This is a very popular spot to eat, by visitors and locals, alike. It's New Orleans style seafood. The po'boys are great, but then again, so is just about everything on the menu.

When we're looking to stay in, enjoy the pool, and want pizza, this is our go-to. They've got flavored crust, which we love. If you like spicy and are feeling adventurous, get the cajun style crust.

The one is just outside of the neighborhood. It's a small local owned Mexican food joint. It's a bit divey, but the food is cheap and it's good.

This is only a few minute drive away from the home. It’s an absolute hidden gem. Go for a walk in the preserve, grill out, swim or fish off the shores of the Santa Rosa Sound beaches.
