This is a magical spot. One of Cork's oldest pubs. It is as cosy as they get on the inside and there is a beautifully lit up beer garden outside complete with a canopy and heaters. They also serve pizzas and delicious cheese/meat boards.

If you want to visit a time trapped pub and take a trip back to the 1920s in Cork, here is your spot to have a pint of Murphy's, but beware - mobile phones are forbidden, keep them tucked away and on silent. Until recently, women weren't allowed order full pints, only glasses for the ladies. At least that rule has now been ruled out.

Great coffee, very simple lunch menu which changes day to day. You cannot beat their soup and half a sandwich deal for €7. Really lovely little spot!

Without a doubt, Paradiso is one of the best restaurants in Cork. As a vegetarian restaurant, it is unrivalled. I would recommend it to vegetarians and meat lovers alike. You will not be disappointed. It's a great for special occasions, but they also offer a very affordable early bird menu.
