This is a fun winery that is close by and they also have beer. There is a lovely outside seating area that overlooks the vines. You can bring your own food and friends! Quite a nice way to spend an evening!!

Great restaurants and parks. The town is known as the Star City and has a Mill Mountain Park and small zoo but it also has the Star that lights up over the city. Elmwood park has musical venues during the summer. Friday and Saturdays there is a Farmers' Market that is really quite nice.

If you enjoy music look up The Harvester to see what is on their roster. It is about 45 minutes away in this small town with not much for restaurants but they have great groups from mostly rock n roll to country genre. It is a small hall and you can be up close and personal with your favorite groups.

Quaint small town with a fabulous National D-Day Memorial. This war museum honors the young men from Bedford sent to war and none of them made it back home. Well worth the visit!!!!
