10 minute drive or 30 minute walk from our house. A bit tricky to get to because of some construction near by, but it is worth the effort. 1/2 price flatbreads during happy hour. Great selection of beer!

Good place to go for a jog (I often run here from our house). The name is deceiving though. No sandy beach. But some good places for wading in the river. Nice picnic spots.

A beautiful park on an island in the river. Great place for napping under a tree or playing frisbee. Located downtown along the river pathway. The River Cafe is a world class restaurant located in the middle of the park.

Gives you a good view of the whole city and the mountains. Part of the observation deck includes a glass floor to walk out on. I would recommend eating in the revolving restaurant for sunset!
