Great dining, sightseeing, and of course tons of bars. The campus is huge and magnificent. If you are in town on a fall Saturday when the Dawgs have a home game, the town is electric.

Monroe is eight miles away. It is the County Seat of Walton County. The town has been in a reclamation for the last 3 or 4 years. Very quaint Georgia town with lots of new restaraunts, shops, and historic buildings.

Check out the Atlanta Pass. It includes several tourist spots in the Atlanta area at a really great value. Zoo Atlanta, The Coca Cola Museum, and a few other venues are included in the pass.
