The Regensburg Museum of History is a museum of art, culture and history. It was founded in 1931 and is located at Dachauplatz: bus nr 8. There is also a nice secluded sun room with a cafe.

In my opinion, this is the absolutely best place to go for coffee and CAKE. And its in a most charming neighborhood!!

This place is a classic in Regensburg. It is a beer garten which is next to the old stone bridge and on the Danube river as well. They have a great menu, and excellent beer!!

This is one of our favorite locals for a yummy bite to eat, coffee/tea, and you can sit outside to watch the passerby in the center of the old city. The atmosphere is also great :)

This is a bar, cafe and restaurant. The food is delicious. It isn't far from the Danube river, so a bite to eat and then a stroll along the river could be very romantic! Enjoy.

The breakfast is amazing. This is really an all time favorite. They have great pancakes, coffee drinks, and the lunch menu includes burgers and much more!

This is must see landmark. You can see the spires from miles away and it is right in the middle of the city! The famous Domspatzen all boys choir plays every Sunday morning at 9 am. It's breathtaking.

The oldest stone bridge in Europe, originally build during the Roman times. It connects the old city to Stadt am Hof and the Danube River runs below. This would be a great place to take pictures.

From our house, walk to the main street (Kirchmeierstrasse) & take bus nr 8. Get on until the Eiserene Bruecke stop. Cross the street and walk down the path... you'll find it! The cafe's fabulous :)

This a great walk from our house. The park is nice with a playground for the kiddies and benches everywhere. you can also picnic or visit the Ostdeutsch gallery there. The gallery is worth a vist.
