There’s great music throughout the day and night on the weekends; the Mall is also close to a Long Beach front with pubs and music 7 days a week.

This Area is near the heart of Accra; you will find almost all you need here, but be careful, prices are high especially if you don’t speak the local language and don’t have a guide with you. There are plenty of eating places; local Art work and clothes can be found here; good for looking around but ask your tour guide to take you to main market place where prices are cheapest for same items.

Arts & Culture
Have not been there but heard about it. Best places to go are the local Cultural Center, Art Center and National Theatre Accra. If you have time visit a Castle; it’s a few hours drive but it will be worth it. If you’re pushed for time go to the Fortress in James Town Accra.
