In the historic Hotel Paisano, Jett's is open for dinner every day. The patio with fountain is a great place for a pre-dinner margarita, and we recommend their pistachio-crusted chicken-fried steak which is large enough to share, no matter how hungry you are!

Although we have our beloved cowboy pool, it's fun to hang out at the St. George pool and big hot tub after 6pm when it's free for all. They serve reasonably-priced burgers, beer, and frozen drinks.
