They also do a fixed price 4 course Sunday - Thursday menu which is great value. Free parking around the back. I recommend the mixed kebab starter and Chicken Kharai and giant family naans ! If you like your dish with a slight extra kick ask for Asian style. We know the owner Habib tell him Craig & Sam recommended you. Also Morrisons is opposite so you can buy cheap alcohol and get some cash if you are like me and never carry any !

Feeling energetic
Walk / Run / Cycle down Rothwell greenway just a short distance away (access point below). The old railway line has recently been resurfaced making it useable all year round. Provides wider access to Leeds City Centre through Rothwell Country Park and onto the canal. We love this lovely picturesque long walk into Leeds City but it’s about 10k. Treat yourself at cafe Yum Yum if you are up for a challenge! Walk or get the bus back.
Rothwell Country Park used to be occupied by Rothwell Colliery but after its closure in the 80s has now become a haven for wildlife, ponds and woodland. Great for walkers, off road biking. Access to Aire and Calder Navigation canal taking you right into the heart of Leeds.

A walk into Leeds city centre along the canal is around 13-14k. Leeds dock and Royal Armouries are at the side of the canal as you enter Leeds. Take a water taxi and take in some sites they arrive regular at the dock. Leeds bus station isn’t far so there’s easy option home.
