It's the beach where I grew up. I love it, and a great ocean pool on the south end. Also some good snorkeling by the reef for the experienced snorkeler, diver or rock/spear fisherman.

There's a great headland walk between Newport and Bilgola Beach. It's a boardwalk. At Bilgola there's a simple cafe right on the beach and also another great ocean pool. There's great views.

The best brunch on the northern beaches. My favourites are the spicey scrambled eggs, bircher museli and french toast. AWESOME FRUIT SALAD... Also an AMAZING homewares store.

$40-$50 all you can eat brazillian BBQ. My favourite is the pineapple they give you for dessert. Don't fill up too early, pace yourself! This one's for a lot of hungry boys on a night out.
