A cheap huge supermarket in Como on the left as you come off the motorway from the airport. A mind numbing experience but if you need to stock up , worth the effort!

A secret gem! Delicious Piedmont inspired dishes served either on the scenic terrazza overlooking the lake or inside the cosy dining room. Need to book as only serves around 20 customers for dinner only. Walking distance from our home but take your time as its not easy to find!

Another “must” if you are lucky enough to book with us in late Spring i.e. around the end of April. The azaleas and rhododendrons will be in full bloom . Take your time (2-3hrs), a picnic and walk all the way to the top of the gardens where you can sit amidst olive groves in meadows overlooking the lake. The house and gardens are worth a visit in any season!

The house and gardens are worth a visit in any season!
