City Time Square is located just a few blocks away from our place. What I like about this new food lovers hub is that I have so many choices of restaurants to go to and try out new cuisine - Indian, Korean, Japanese , Chinese and Filipino. My favorites are King One Shabu Shabu, Ice Giants, David's Tea House and Gumbology. There are three outlets there offering buffet meals - locally called as eat-all-you-can places - at affordable prices per head. Parking is no problem with the opening of their new parking building. There are also clubs one can go to for dancing and singing. There's even a 24 hour convenience store located at the entrance to the center.

Temple of Leah, dubbed as “Cebu’s Taj Mahal,” is a grand gesture of love from a husband to his late wife. But unlike the Taj Mahal, which is a mausoleum, Temple of Leah is a shrine holding the memory and treasures of Leah Albino-Adarna, the late wife of Teodorico Soriano Adarna. The two are grandparents of actress Ellen Adarna. The temple is a 45-minute drive from the city center, and entrance fee is at P50.

The place is breathtaking. There are a lot of flowers from celosia flowers, roses, mini daisies, to sunflowers and etc. There are also a lot of nice areas to take photos (instagram worthy if I may say so). With the fresh air which by itself is already an escape from the city, the place is a remarkable sight. It is also know as Cebu's Little Amsterdam and I think it lives up to its name. The entrance fee is only P50.

This excellent museum comprises several galleries in an sturdy old coral-stone building that was Cebu's provincial jail from 1870 to 2004. Rooms are dedicated to eras in Cebu's history. The American-era gallery contains an interesting collection of letters and memorabilia from Thomas Sharpe, one of 1065 teachers known as Thomasites who arrived in the early days of the American period to fulfil President McKinley's pledge to 'educate the Filipinos'.
