Parks & Nature
For an easy family entry level hike. The trail can be extended for those who wish to have extra challenges. There are lots of maps around to choose the walks and the time taken is shown on it as well. When walking to the top of the reserve, there are several perfect spots for photos, taking in the scenery all the way out to the Manukau Heads and Waitekere Ranges.

There are lots of maps around to choose the walks and the time taken is shown on it as well. When walking to the top of the reserve, there are several perfect spots for photos, taking in the scenery all the way out to the Manukau Heads and Waitekere Ranges.
A beautiful leisure walk used very much by the locals for their runs as it covers hilly terrain and ends at the beach. Breath taking local views.

Live Museum reliving the everything about the early settlers. If one comes during Christmas, or Easter, it almost feels like we have gone back in time. There is also a beautiful playground by the side for the younger ones to burn some energy while the adults take a seat and have a picnic. There is also an indoor pool with an outdoor splash facility adjacent to this Village. It is called the Lloyd Ellesmore Centre.
