Amazing french cuisine along the water w/ amazing views of the city lights buildings. They're still renovating & reopening soon due to hurricane Sandy. Very romantic ambiance.

By far one of the BEST roof top BARS in MANHATTAN!! theres a pool in the bar. Reminds me very much of a modern day Studio 54 hehehe
