This is our very favorite special date restaurant. Their steaks are amazing but if you are a vegetarian there is plenty of wonderful seafood on offer as well. Great wine list, and impeccable service in a casual atmosphere.

We won’t go anywhere else in Victoria for sushi. The food here is fresh and the quality is excellent. As the restaurant is very small a reservation is strongly recommended.

Summit Park is just a ten minute walk from the house, making it a great place for a casual evening stroll, or to watch the sun set. The park is home to over 90 plant species, 40 of which are native, and has one of the largest Garry Oak meadows in Victoria. The park also features a small playground and gravel trails.

Gowlland Tod Provincial Park has more than 25km of trails, varying in degree of difficulty.
