... formerly known as "Jimmy Bean's". Just look up the address. The locals still call it Jimmy Bean's (like Candlestick Park), all kinds of food, fixed very well, and fast.

Chinese. Always a contender in the Best of Oakland. I'm about the Walnut Prawns, and Fried Rice. Kinda small portions for the price though.

Boo-zhee Soul Food. Great ambience. Nice, well-prepared Soul Food Cuisine; and if you like Bourbon (which I don't) this is supposedly the place. One word though, "Visa" don't leave home without it.

Pizza. In my opinion, put Zachary's to shame! I've only done take out (which is amazing), but the crowds look pretty hip and quite happy ... so one day i'll order and stay.
