Our go to spot for everything coffee!! Best in town in our opinion. Serving bagels, sandwiches, bakery goods/sweets, an amazing beer selection, and a wonderful outdoor patio to enjoy. Occasional live music, comedy, and art shows. We LOVE this place!

When tubing the downtown area of the San Marcos river, this is the end of the ride. A great swimming hole with waterfall spillways. Our outdoor city pool is located here along with our children's "playscape" for the little ones to enjoy. Ivar's River Pub sits across the river.
