Din Tai Fung is a famous Dim Sum restaurant that has chains throughout the world now and Michelin stars! I highly recommend trying at least one of the locations in Taipei. A bit pricey but worth it.

This is a very famous and traditional Taiwanese restaurant. Their signature dish is a pork noodle soup. I would also recommend any of their bamboo dishes. Reasonably priced and great atmosphere.

If you need a break from Taiwanese food and want some good draft beers and American food, come to this place. It's a sports bar at night, but they serve food late.
