AMAZING coffee shop a block away from the Airbnb. An old abandoned gas station from the 1920's turned into one of the spots to find Houston's best coffee and crepes.

If you want to splurge a little more on food but have a great and still laid-back culinary experience, we highly recommend this place! It's delicious and walking distance!

A 3 MINUTE WALK AWAY! :D Axelrad is one of Houston's most notorious hang out spots, during the day it is really relaxing to have a beer on a hammock or just have brunch, on weeknights they have live music, and movie nights, and on weekend nights it becomes more of a bar. Adjacent to the beer garden/bar is a pizzeria called Luigi's which has excellent pizza, chicken wings and gelato!

13 Celsius is also within walking distance, they have the best wine selection, paninis, cheese plates, s'mores! and an amazing atmosphere. One of my personal favorite spots in Houston for many years!

Wanna Dance!? One of my other favorites! Famous in Austin, and in Houston. Great for a night out where you don't need to dress up, but still want to go dancing, perfect if you want budget drinks and a fun time!
