This is my favorite place for a grouper sandwich. Literally sit on the dock of the bay while you enjoy a very casual lunch or dinner at picnic tables. They have a seafood market too. Cash only.

What I most love about this place is the beach in front of the restaurant. The food is good enough, not great, but the location is stellar. Great place to enjoy the sunset.

Great little spot for some quick Mexican food that sources local ingredients. Very fresh and tasty. I love the veggie Poppo's taco with steamed kale, black beans, guacamole, red cabbage, and feta.

This is a great fish shack with indoor/outdoor seating. Credit cards are fine. Super tasty sandwiches!

I love the walking trails here, they are well-shaded and even take you by a nice length of beach if you want to stop for a swim. This is a favorite place to walk with my dog.

Check out this beach if it's too windy and wavy on the gulf side. Often it's quite calm here with clear water. I've had manatees and swim by me within an arms reach here and I've seen dolphins too.
