Please find here a list of my favorite Restaurants in my neighborhood. All the restaurants here are accessible by foot from my apartment from 1min to 20min max by foot.
Super close to home (not even 1min walk) that I really recommend! Really classy and gastronomic with great food, so perfect for a nice dinner! The most upscale restaurant (it received a "Bib Gourmand" from Michelin guide) in the very close neighbourhood but still affordable. Good to know: if you go there for lunch, they have a lunch menu special offer that is cheaper than dinner and so worth it!

Delicious authentic Restaurant accessible by foot from my home (20min by foot). I definitely recommend for an exquisite French cuisine (specialty is meat and some of the best I've ever had) and overall amazing authentic experience. Large space with also a covered terrace very nicely decorated. It is owned and run by the same family for 3 generations, the current owners being super nice and fun brothers that usually come to chat with their clients.

The closest Pizza place from my home: 7min by foot, on boulevard St Marcel, you can also order and get delivered at my place, or just go there to pick it up, or eat there as they have a small terrace! Their pizzas are made there on spot, and they have some very good fresh pizza options with ingredients that change with seasons!

Lovely café&restaurant with 2 terraces in the heart of the “Jardin des Plantes” nearby home, definitely worth a try if you look for a terrace close by that is in an airy and lush decor.

Beautiful location with terrace in the middle of the garden Jardin des Tuileries. Fancy can be a little expensive but is worth it! Has an amazing terrasse in the garden. Can be tricky to find first time but try! It is my favorite terrasse in Paris!

One of my favorite real Japanese in Paris, where owners and sushi chef are actually Japanese (very rare in Paris). Low key looking spot but a great spot for high quality and authentic preparation at an affordable price. The chef exquisitely prepares authentic japanese meals and sushis and I recommend sitting at the bar to watch him work.

I recommend Georges on the top floor of the museum "Georges Pompidou" for the beautiful 360 view over Paris and therefore the experience, But it's expensive!

Delicious food, atmosphere. Same owners as "Pantruche" that I also recommend, same type, if one is full you can go to the other, both are amazing. And remember that it is cheaper to go for lunch!

I love "Crepes" the sugary and the salty ones that are a specialty from "Bretagne", and here they are amazing, it's also a very classy place. They have 2 other adresses in Paris but this one is the closest one to my home in district "Odeon"

The outdoor seating in the court side is my favorite (and not the street side) is very nice with its lush decor and retro vibes. Food is simple but nice and staff is friendly! Making it the perfect setting for a brunch. The staff is very friendly

What is there more to say about one of the most famous place in Paris and the world!!!
World famous, so unique and beautiful. I recommend accessing it via the Carrousel du Louvre. It is an underground shopping mall under the Louvre Pyramide, located at 99 Rue de Rivoli in the 1st arrondissement. The nearest metro stop is Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre (Lines 1 and 7). The shopping mall contains one of a number of entrances to the Louvre Museum.
Also take a walk in the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries that is right next to the Museum, it goes all the way to the Concorde and is lovely

Accessible 20min by foot or 12min by metro 5, the "Viaduc des Arts" is a converted old train line from 1859 (formerly known as the “Viaduc de Bastille,” for the trains of the Paris-Bastille-Vincennes line), which is now both, on the ground level a string of workshops for highly skilled artisans and, above it on the top level, a linear park called "la coulée verte" (green corridor).
In 1990, the place was rehabilitated and transformed into a Parisian conservatory of artistic crafts. The viaduct now houses several artists’ studios; each vault is the place of expression of a particular talent and know-how in fashion, design, decoration and culture and crafts, making it a showcase for artistic craftsmanship and contemporary creation in Paris. There are more than 50 artists nestled under the vaults of the viaduct. The place is very popular with Parisians for sunny weekend strolls.
To get there: from the "Opéra Bastille", take "rue de Lyon" then the stairs on your left next to the parking entrance. You will thus be above avenue Daumesnil, on the "Viaduc des Arts".
The start of the other famous sightseeing: "la coulée verte" (green corridor) is located just above the "Viaduc des Arts" but it is entirely possible to start the route by discovering the art shops located under the arches and then join the promenade a little further on and above. Paris has so many amazing museums, and you probably won’t have time to visit all of them. So if you need to make choices and/or are short in time, I recommend two museums in priority: the "Louvre" and the "Orsay".

OPERA Garnier and the building itself is magnificent and totally worth it! It was founded in 1669 by Louis XIV. The square around is also totally worth a visit.
If you manage also try to get some tickets for an Opera, Ballet or Symphony Concerts.

The second most important Opera place in Paris, it is a modern building founded in 1989, having also Opera/Ballets/ Symphony Concerts. Close to my home, getting tickets might be easier than at Opéra Garnier, so I definitely recommend if you have time!

There are some great bars and clubs at the «CITE DE LA MODE ET DU DESIGN» that is very close from the apartment, count 15min by foot maximum. It’s a huge green color structure on the river Seine. It’s quite hard to find and quirky but worth it. When you get out of the apartment, just go left down the boulevard de l’hopital and when you arrive by the river Seine, just take an extra 5min walk on the right side until there, it’s signposted a little as you get within the vicinity.
There are great rooftop bars there on the top of the structure, one is “Communion”, the view is amazing over Seine river plus it's free to get in however get there early to avoid wait! There is a huge seating area outside to chat and meet people, great music playing and good bars that serve the busy crown quickly, but the food is simple, and not the best. Best is to come in the late afternoon with friends for drinks to enjoy the lovely location overlooking the river. For clubbing just go one floor downstairs to Wanderlust downstairs, or on the ground floor to Nuits Fauves.

There are a several Parks&Gardens that are great in Paris, the closest and one of the most famous is the "Jardin des Plantese, only 10min by foot from home so I recommend it in priority.

It’s a magical, green stroll 10 metres above the street, which begins at the Bastille and winds through the 12th arrondissement for three miles, coming out before the Bois de Vincennes.
Love this park, to just sit out and enjoy nice weather (as there are a lot of benches). It is quite sheltered from the wind and it is very well maintained (green spaces are immaculate).
