Another place you should definitely visit - especially since it's so close. Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign from Observatory parking lot. Classic Los Angeles view. Great hiking!

A very sweet park with a great view that not many people know about. Also has the Hollycock house built by whats-his-name... Frank Lloyd Wright. Go just to see the moat going through the living room.

It's natural and healthy and good place for those groceries. Used to be Nature Mart and honestly I miss it but it is a fine neighborhood healthfood store.

Every Sunday - don't miss it! Fun, lively, sometimes there are goats! And there is always yummy food. You can park in the LA Film School garage for $5 flat rate. I would recommend that.
