Amazing indoor market across from the house. Full of great food and convenient shopping. We recommend the galletes and coffee at Le Bretange. There is also a vegan grocery store upstairs.

A beautiful park with a waterfall and a great view of the neighborhood if you hike to the top of the hill. Golgatha beer garden and a nice playground are located in southwest corner of the park. Closest buses are the 140 and 104.

One of our favorite parks in the city. There are two great playgrounds for kids, a free petting zoo and lots of green space. It is a great place for runners as well. You can ride through hasenheide and get to tempelhof airport/park as well.

After 4 pm you pay 3 euros to enter and it fills up quickly on the weekends. To enter go into the Neükölln Arkarden and go to the elevators at the back of the ground floor. Go to the 5th floor and walk up one level and you will be there!

Sightseeing
This is one of our favorite sightseeing places to take people. It is often missed on the Berlin tour of sights and I think it is one of the more interesting ones. It backs up to Treptow park which is a great place to visit as well.

This museum was recently restored after being out of use since the WWII. The architecture is amazing as is the bust of Nefratiti.
