Chef Sarah Gavigan is brilliant in keeping her ramen very authentic with carefully selected noodles and broths, yet adding a taste of the South in each bowl. So worth it. Otaku also has a ramen-to-go location on the East Side at 604 Gallatin Ave., which is closer to home and perfect for takeaway.

Fantastic small plates. We usually pick the hummus, whipped feta, chickpea fritter, and the bacon-wrapped dates.
