I think this is some of the best gelato I've ever had! My favs were chocolate with Maldon sea salt, salted hazelnut, amarena cherry, banana bread and Akbar Masti. But you just can't go wrong here!

Not only is this brewery a great place for beer lovers but this area is a haven for breweries! Just google breweries in this area and youll find, no joke, literally dozens within a 20 minute walking radius. Be prepared to queue for some of them during warmer days, as you can imagine with so many in a small area this place gets a bit lively. Tale a bike if you want to get around quicker.

What better way to end the day than catch one of Vancouver's stunning sunsets. Theres always a crowd of people taking in this sight but you should find a place to sit. Or its a great place to chill out and read a book.

Being just as big as the city itself the park can take up hours of time exploring it and you'll still not see it all. Great place to go running, or rent a bike and cycle round, hike, play golf, hit beaches or wander the harbour.

Arts & Culture

The island has quite a few theatres that out on great shows. You have a ton to choose from and a few bars to visit beforehand here. The sand bar is our favourite pre show spot. The island also has a great market, bars and breweries!

Closet movie theatre to our place. We're movie buffs so we visit here at least once a month and it's a great little spot. The D-Box is a weird fun experience.

Drones of tourists visit this spot. Raymond Saunders' first steam clock was built in 1977 at the corner of Cambie and Water streets in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood. Although the clock is now owned by the City of Vancouver, funding for the project, estimated to be about $C58,000, was provided by contributions from local merchants, property owners, and private donors. Incorporating a steam engine and electric motors, the clock displays the time on four faces and announces the quarter hours with a whistle chime that plays the Westminster Quarters. The clock produces a puff of steam from its top on the hour. The clock is featured on Nicklebacks album.

If youre into museums this ones quiet small but the outside is an iconic spot in vancouver. My suggestion would be to visit the outside and maybe have a drink in the tap and barrel nearby as the architecture for me trumps the inside.
