This is Arlington's newest coffee spot. Even though it's part of a chain it doesn't feel like it's a "cookie cutter" experience. Comfy chairs and nice lighting make this a good place for a drink and a chat. Less crowded than Kickstand and right across the street.

This small-ish restaurant features seasonal, local food and coffee. They have a selection of creative avocado toasts! It's about a 2 miles walk - you can get there almost entirely on pedestrian trails so it makes a nice destination. A good stop on your way to Porter Square or the subway to points farther away.

Turn to the right and head towards Broadway and Massachusetts Avenue (Menotomy Grill is right off the trail). Keep going and you can walk to the Alewife MBTA station and catch the Red Line!
