This is a seriously fun place (same owners as Whist) with a secret garden and a delightful surprise if you find it. The taxidermy is also surprisingly fun.

The owner of this venue is a young woman who loved the children's book as much as I did (and do!). All of her staff is familiar with the story and they serve a homemade punch in tea cups. This is in Vegas's hipster neighborhood that includes First Fridays.

Such a fun, campy step back into time! The Plaza is a dive--but Oscar's is still nice and the view of the Fremont Street Experience is epic (think the movie Casino).

I have a lot of guests with conferences here at Lake Las Vegas. It's cute but it's also not as vibrant as I like. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks. Mostly I put this here so you can see where my location is on the map if you have a conference at the Westin or Hyatt in Lake Las Vegas.
