The Cheetah Sanctuary is a must see for all tourist and even locals. A great cause to support, situated in a beautiful setting just opposite the Mall (Paardevlei). Once there one cannot believe you are so close to the main mall. Worth a visit. Also visit Flagstone Winery for excellent wine or Trigger Fish Brewery for local beers. You will not regret this.

Closest, safe beach - a very long, flat beach with plenty of space and moderate waves. The water temperature fluctuates but are quite enjoyable in summer times. The "surfer beach" side is for those who prefer a bit more space.
