Sightseeing
There are wonderful walks close by and you can actually set off across the fields at the back of Grange Barn and head up into the foothills of the South Downs to reach beautiful Kingly Vale with its 2000 year old yew trees!

This carpark gives access to the beach front at East Wittering.
There is another public carpark further along to the East at Bracklesham Bay
This is more for families and the bucket and spaders rather than for a walk. You dont need to book, but spaces at the Marine Drive Carpark PO20 8HF get taken up very quickly and the road down to the Witterings can get very jammed up if you dont go early! You walk left down Marine Drive and then left again onto Shore Road to get to the beach.
