Amazing Ethiopian food, a personal favorite. All dishes that are meat-free are also vegan, so tons of options for meat-eaters and vegans alike. Excellent prices and portions. I recommend either the veggie combo or the meat/veggie combo, so you can get a taste of everything.

This is a bakery/cafe/restaurant all in one. Breakfast here is delicious, especially the Belgian waffle with lemon and blueberry.

Good place to go if you're into tasting different beers! It's about a mile away from our house. The beer sampler is a great, and they also have good food as well. Great atmosphere for your post-outdoor activity :)

Absolutely amazing ramen and right around the block from us! A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. You may need to wait in line depending on when you get there, but this simply indicates how delicious it is! They also have an awesome vegan ramen option.

Awesome exhibits, and a great view of the city from the roof top. There are hiking trails you can access from the parking lot as well.

Great place to go (when the gate is open! it closes once the snow comes in) if you're looking for either a short or medium scenic hike. You park at the pass between Park City and Salt Lake, have a beautiful view, and can hike on a wooded trail to a small lake 20 minutes in. If you go past this lake by another 20-30 minutes, you'll find a smaller, more secluded lake as well. Pretty all of the time but especially in wildflower season :)
