Great historic town, 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive. Worth getting up early during the summer season to beat the traffic! Lots to do and see, Tate gallery, Hepworth museum, lovely beaches, shops and loads of cafes and restaurants. My favourites are Porthminster Kitchen excellent seafood and service and seaviews!! Scoff Troff Cafe brunch, coffee and cakes. Talay Thai Kitchen delicious food!
