IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Situata in posizione panoramica e tranquilla, "casa rose e fiori" vi regalerà un soggiorno piacevole avvolti nelle quiete di un GIARDINO curato e fiorito dotato di barbecue e con vista lago. Ciao sono Monica e ho tante passioni: fare fotografie, camminare in montagna, suonare la fisarmonica e viaggiare per il mondo. Ho deciso di risistemare la vecchia casa di famiglia. Ci sono a disposizione tre camere da letto, soggiorno e cucina attrezzata per tutte le persone che vogliono scoprire la Val Cavargna o i vicini Lago di Como e Lago di Lugano. La terrazza con una vista stupenda vi darà una sensazione di tranquillità tipica di questa valle della provincia di Como.

Le Tre Perle - Baita a Schignano

Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.
