This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. Not to mention, we are close to Fort Myers Downtown. We prepared this apartment with everything you need for long and short-term stays.

This newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath pool home is located on a lovely golf course. The pool area faces beautiful sunsets. The home is near shopping, restaurants at Gulf Town Center and Coconut Point. Beaches in Bonita or Fort Myers Beach close by. Pool table w/ table tennis option in garage. For the summer months I have added a mini-split A/C unit for the master suite for additional comfort.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property is located at San Carlos Park, is a quite and beautiful neighborhood, near I-75 between exit 123 - 128. We are located close to three diferentes malls( 10 minutes away from Gulf Coast Town Center, 12 minutes to Miromar Outlets and 15 minutes to CoConut Point). We also have a university campus about 12 minutes(FGCU).
