The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. The Market Street House - <15 min walk to Downtown

The Market Street House was built in 1860 by Lambert Merklin and his wife. Lamberts was a German baker and confectioner who operated a bakery just a few blocks away from here on Fifth Street. This 2-bedroom home has all the original charm with the convenience of modern amenities and an ideal downtown location. The Market Street House is within walking distance to the State Capitol Building and Lincoln sites. A stylish and comfortable experience at this centrally-located home.

It would be ideal for the visiting travel nurse or doctor or someone wanted to see the Lincoln sites. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This rule is not meant to preclude HOST pre-authorized visitors such as family and friends.
