Watch Boats from the Terrace of a Rustic Penthouse

Watch the boats drift by from the balcony at a restored family home, tucked away in a quiet alley. Stroll to the marina for a romantic meal, or cozy up in the rustic space with its exposed beams and cool stone walls. Our old, fully restored family house is located on island Ciovo, within the centre of old town, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the buzzing small island of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage cultural-historical site. You will enter the secluded large garden through small cobbled streets, so typical of this area. The spacious house spreads across five floors, hosting four large apartments belonging to our wider family. The outside staircase takes you to the entrance door, leading to the spacious penthouse apartment occupying the top two floors and a balcony with a beautiful view across the Trogir marina and old town centre. This house, in which a sense of time permeates everything, has been the family home of our ancestors for several centuries. It is a place where the stories of artists and scholars, diplomats and sailors, come together to create a unique ambiance which speaks of adventures of human spirit and inspire those who stay in it. Master bedroom adjoining the living room has a spacious King size bed, while the attic room has two separate single beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have independent air conditioning units. On request, we can add the fifth supplementary full-sized folding bed. Please let us know if you are arriving by car and we will take care that you have a hassle-free experience. Trogir Marina car park is located 2 minutes away. Trogir has several marinas and is therefore a popular starting destination for yachting holidays. There are several nice beaches within walking distance and plenty more can be reached by frequent boat rides to Okrug Gornji, Hotel Medena, or Blue Laguna on Drvenik island. Tonko is a wonderful host and will respond to all your queries promptly. After booking, you can contact Tonko via AirBnb messaging or his mobile whenever you need any assistance or have a question. Have a morning coffee at the nearby marina or walk across the bridge to bar Smokvica, just behind the cathedral. Restaurants worth trying include Bocel within Trogir Marina, Konoba Trs , Don Dino, and Tri Volta. Plentiful churches and a few museums add to the cultural mix. Split airport is just several kilometres away, with a local bus running every 20 minutes. Alternatively get a taxi or rent a car from plentiful agencies at the airport (best to book online in advance). There are local and intercity buses to Split, but they can be a bit of hit and miss. Alternative recommendation is to use the local boat line Trogir - Slatine - Split called Buraline which sets off from Ciovo side of Trogir, so it is close to the place you are staying. It takes around an hour to get to Split.

Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Sea Chic Apartment, Old Town, Amazing view

This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

Baba Zorka

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Apartments Sea/beachfront/breakfast/pool/jacuzzi

Apartments Sea are situated on a perfect location nearby Trogir, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peacefull and quiet area. In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Luxury beach apartment with heated infinity pool

Enjoy the magnificent views from your balcony at the top floor apartment, and take just a few steps to relax into the salt-water natural infinity pool or the Mediterranean sea right in front of the villa. The infinity heated pool with hydromassage and entire area around the pool with 12 sun beds, 4 parasols and two seating furnitures in the size of 300 m2 is only for the guest of the two apartments - for max 8 persons!

Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.

Villa is situated on a perfect location, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peace and quite area. In front of the house is a small private beach and 3 kilometres long seaside promenade.IN APRIL 2019, WE ARE OPENING A BRAND-NEW SWIMMING POOL (8 x 4 metres). The pool is private, and only guests from JAN, IVONA & IVAN Apartments will have access to it.
