The Todaki House is also near Gyungbok Royal Palace, Changdeok Royal Palace, the Presidential Residence of Chung Wa Dae (Blue House), Samchungdong area and Insadong area where there are a lot of unique places in which you can experience Korean traditional culture. ○ Atmosphere The Todaki Korean Traditional Hanok House is newly decorated. 오동재는 북한강과 산과 마을이 한눈에 조망되는 언덕 위 작은 독채 별장입니다. 조용한 곳에서 일주일 이상의 휴식이나 워케이션을 원하는 '성인'에게 적합한 곳입니다. 서울과도 가까워 서울 출퇴근도 가능하지만 자동차가 없다면 많이 불편합니다. 친환경적인 곳이라 쓰레기 배출이나 짐을 숙소까지 옮기는 것이 쉽지 않는 곳이라 최대한 짐을 가볍게 오시기 바랍니다. 이삿짐 같은 일시적 보관용 짐이 있다면 주차장에 있는 3평정도의 창고를 무료로 빌려드립니다. 장기 스테이가 가능한 풀옵션 살림을 갖추고 있습니다. 11평 원룸에 욕실과 주방, 큰 평상형 침대가 있습니다. 집과 연결된 대청마루와 그 앞에 작은 잔디마당이 길게 있습니다. 작은 집이지만 앞이 탁트인 400평 자연발아된 야생화정원과 지하주차장을 단독으로 사용합니다. 주변에 수상스키장, 멋진 카페들, 물의정원,두물머리가 있습니다. 공과금이 포함된 금액입니다. 사전방문은 안되고 일주일 예약해서 사용해보고 장기스테이를 결정하셔도 됩니다.

#나를위한시간 - 별장전체단독사용

산에서 나오는 피톤치드, 밤하늘에 쏟아지는 별이 아름다운곳에 직접지은 소형 목조주택으로 저희 가족이 세컨하우스로 이용하고 있습니다. 단독으로 집 전체와 정원을 이용하니 다른 분들과의 접촉 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 청결을 최우선으로 하고 사용한 물품들은 모두 수거하고 깨끗이 청소하고 있습니다. 애완동물은 동반입실이 불가하며 적발 시 환불없이 퇴실 조치됩니다. 저희집은 저장식 전기 온수를 사용중입니다. 두분이 연이어 샤워하실 때는 온수가 잘 나오는데 연이어 세분은 힘들어요 20분~30분정도 온수가 데워질 시간이 필요합니다. 봄 여름 가을 겨울 경치의 느낌이 다르며 충분한 휴식을 취할 수 있는 무인 시스템입니다. 계절에 맞는 용품들을 설치하기 때문에 봄과 가을에는 해먹을 사용하실 수 있고 여름에는 수영장(7월 15일 ~ 8월 15일), 캠핑의자를 사용하실 수 있습니다. 객실 내 침구류는 2인1채로 입실인원에 맞추어 구비됩니다.

mini hanok classic (near palaces, entire house)

Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.
